This is your opportunity to be a part of Huddersfield Town’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion External Scrutiny Group and to make a real difference at the Club!

At Huddersfield Town AFC we have a zero-tolerance policy towards abuse, discrimination and harassment and we are committed to ensuring that any such allegations are reported and addressed in accordance with the Club’s procedures.

We are now forming an independent group of professionals with experience of working on projects and initiatives related to equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) to help us develop our own practices and continue to ensure our environment is welcoming and accessible to all.

If you have excellent understanding of UK equality legislation and experience in the field of equality, diversity and inclusion, through paid employment or other means, we would love to hear from you.

This is an opportunity to join our vibrant organisation, and to contribute to the ongoing development of our practices, helping us continue to shape an environment that is inclusive and respectful of everyone. You will also play an important role in supporting us to achieve the Premier League Equality Standard, as we work towards the Intermediate Level.

We appreciate that your time is precious, and we do not want to take advantage of you giving your time voluntarily. We anticipate a time commitment of approximately four meetings per year, of up to two hours duration each.

Voluntary position, fixed-term for up to 24 months in the first instance
Variable time commitment – approximately four meetings per year
